A Bloomfield cowboy has earned one of top scores so far at the 2021 National High School Rodeo in Lincoln.
Tatum Olson recorded a score of 294 in Tuesday morning's performance of the reined cow horse competition. His score was the best of his performance group.
This was the fourth performance of the rodeo and Olson has the second-best score at this time. Only Tylor Todd of Kansas recorded one better, with a 295.5 on Monday night.
Olson is set to compete again on Wednesday night.
