TO: Dallas L. Malcom, John Doe and Mary Doe, real name or names unknown, named as Defendants in the above captioned action; and any and all persons who have, or who claim or appear to have some interest in, right or title to or lien upon the following described property, to wit:

Lot 148, Block 4, Devils Nest, Knox County, Nebraska.

Defendants, you, and each of you, are hereby notified that on or about May 30, 2019, Anthony P. Behounek filed his Complaint in the District Court of Knox County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 19-19, against each of you and others, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose county treasurer certificate of tax sale No. 2016-039, which was originally purchased by and assigned to the Plaintiff, or its successor or assignor, on or about March 7, 2016, covering taxes  for the year 2014 and subsequent years, and to foreclose subsequent tax liens on the real estate above specifically described; Plaintiff prays for an accounting of the aggregate amount due against said parcel of real estate, for foreclosure of the lien, and sale of the said property and satisfaction in the amount so found due.

You and each of you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 26th day of July, 2019, and if you fail to do so, your default will be taken and judgment entered accordingly.
